4. Regulatory Status

MiraScribe is an AI-assisted documentation tool. The physician reviews and is responsible for all output. MiraScribe does not provide diagnosis or treatment decisions.

MiraNext GmbH's assessment is that MiraScribe is not a medical device in Thailand, and it is accordingly not registered with the Thai Food and Drug Administration. Thai FDA guidance on Software as a Medical Device qualifies software only where it is intended to diagnose, treat, monitor or prevent disease, and excludes systems used solely for displaying or storing patient records.

The competent health authority in Thailand is the Thai Food and Drug Administration (Thai FDA).

5. Limitation of Liability

MiraScribe is a medical documentation support tool and does not constitute medical diagnosis or direct medical advice. Healthcare professionals are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of all generated records.

6. Dispute Resolution

Disputes arising from or related to MiraScribe services shall be handled as specified in the Terms of Use, taking into account applicable Thai law.

Dispute resolution: disputes are finally settled by arbitration administered by the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC), with the seat of arbitration in Singapore, as set out in the Terms of Use.
